What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

The joy of teaching stems from our ability to share not only our recipes but also Greek culture in a unique environment that combines gastronomy with art. Our visitors' happiness when discovering the secrets of Greek cuisine in an authentic Greek home is our greatest reward.

What excites you the most about your work?

Happiness from teaching comes from sharing not only our culinary knowledge but also our Greek hospitality and culture in our unique art-filled home. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing our guests' eyes light up when they master a traditional recipe from the Greek islands and not only, or their excitement when they discover the stories behind our dishes. We find joy in creating lasting memories where fine art meets culinary art, and where every cooking class becomes a journey through Greek traditions and flavors.

How do you select the menu for you classes?

We select traditional recipes that showcase the rich culinary heritage of the Greek islands and Greek cuisine in general, using seasonal ingredients and local products. Each menu is carefully designed so that visitors learn fundamental Greek cooking techniques they can reproduce in their own homes
