I'm Mai, a passionate home cook and food enthusiast. Born and raised in Hanoi, I've been immersed in Vietnamese cuisine since childhood. I learned the art of cooking from my grandmother and mother, and I've been cooking for my family since then.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

With a Master's degree in Tourism, specializing in Vietnamese food culture, I'm excited to share my knowledge and passion with you, including the combination of Vietnamese traditional & modern techniques.
