I used to train and work for FURAMA Resort for 5 years, wishing to share our home cuisines to the world, I want everyone to know that this is my pleasure!

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

My inspiration would be to see and feel how happy & honorable it is to share our home cuisines to the world

What excites you the most about your work?

It comes from my love of cooking, love of foods, and i expect to share this to everyone in the world, this means to share our culture as well.

How do you select the menu for you classes?

The menu is a fusion of typical cuisines of my homeland which is tasty and flavorful.

What do you love the most about cooking?

It is a hands on experience and helps me to be more creative and clever, know how to arrange & control my job well.
