I love to cook and grew up cooking our family recipes with my grandma and my dad. My grandma had a rice farm, and a few years ago I had the idea to turn part of the farm into a cooking school and grow vegetables to use for our cooking class.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

My cooking class different from other cooking classes because we have an organic farm where we grow a lot of vegetables that use for the class, we have a place where is customers can relax with nature and Thai ambiance. My cooking school is located on the pond, where the fish are living around that related to a Thai-lifestyle as when he was young. Moreover, in the cooking section, customers can choose the menu by themselves and we have a vegan/vegetarian/allergic option for them.

What do you love the most about cooking?

I love to cook Bananas with Sticky Rice (Khao Tom Mat). This menu I made when I was young, my grandma taught me how to cook. When we finish cooking, the next day we went to the temple together to pray in Buddhist holy day. When I did this menu I really miss my grandma because she passed away.
