In Thailand, we learn to cook at home. Every mother is a "teacher" and a culinary guru. Family recipes are passed down from one generation to the next. Meals are always shared in family affairs and important part of our cultural heritage.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

Pom is an inspired cook who learned all the cooking skills from her mother's knee and began her career in the culinary school business in 1993.
