My name is Max and I'm the co-founders of TuscanBites. Food is my passion. I am a real amateur and believer of authentic Tuscan homecooking and simplicity in foods as well as their quality. I'm a chef since 25 yrs.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

I love to see people happy to learn about our colture and food.

What excites you the most about your work?

When I’d sit in my grandma's kitchen, she’d make pasta while sharing memories of her own mom and grandma and I love to share this memories with my guest.

How do you select the menu for you classes?

My love for the Tuscan authentic recipes can be tasted in all our foods.

What do you love the most about cooking?

The most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the learning of the real Tuscan recipes. When my guest says: "now I can open a restaurant", I'm very proud of my Job.

Additional information

I also own a farmhouse in the Chianti hills and I produce red chianti wine as well as extra virgin olive oil. I love to speak of renaissance stories with our Guest. Together with Monica, my wife, and our other 2 chefs Giulio and Matteo you can enjoy the wine and our tuscan cooking class. You will not only get the experience of handmade Tuscan cuisine but the real Tuscan Lifestyle.
