I love sharing Moroccan food and culture with visitors to Casablanca! I've been preparing Moroccan cuisine for 25+ years, and have been writing professionally about it for much of that time. In addition to leading home-based cooking classes along with a small team of local women, I also work with licensed tour guides to run Moroccan food tours and cultural tours in Casablanca.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

I began teaching Moroccan cooking classes as an off-shoot of writing the Moroccan Food at website for eight years. My guests really loved the experience of visiting a Moroccan home and cooking alongside a local during a relaxed cultural exchange. When the site rebranded, I founded to continue writing about Moroccan food, and to create a platform for my cooking classes and food tours.
