What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

For many years I lived outside the country, that make me thought how reach we are in food, big natural ingredients, colors, flavors, smells, we are certainly a unknown part of the world kitchen, but that can change by showing the recipes to more and more people, we are glad to share our passion.

What excites you the most about your work?

The knowledge of this recipes its something experienced by our local experts for a long time, I was the way to feed the families as a locals and the simplicity of the recipes is contrast with the exquisite of the flavors.

How do you select the menu for you classes?

Are just local recipes, from all over the regions of Colombia, Bogotá , Coffee region, from the coast, products from many other regions, we are a reach country and the menu is the reflection of it.

What do you love the most about cooking?

By our experience the best part is to make people happy wit the cooking experience, we always noticed that at the time of saying good bye.
