I'm not a professional chef, but my family and friends are happy to eat old and traditional dishes that I learned from my grandmother and mother.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

I love two things more than anything in life: travelimg and cooking. In all places i visited around the world, I have always been looking for real and authentic experiences but I wasn't lucky enough to find them. I've therefore decided to offer myself to all of you what i've been always looking for: an experience that will allow to learn something unique.

What excites you the most about your work?

I'm happy to share in my beautiful and warm home, our tradition, our lifestyle, our food.

How do you select the menu for you classes?

I will teach you the magic of hand making pasta and delicious condiment sauces starting from scratch, using simple, fresh and aromatic ingredients just collected in my secret garden.

What do you love the most about cooking?

I love to share the italian kitchen philosophy: fresh, seasonal, traditional, cookend at home with friends.
