When I was a little girl, my mother and I went shopping to our local Parisian market, that's when my passion for cooking started. From that moment, I had to know every herb, spice, vegetable I saw, and how to cook it! I was so proud to make my first gratin dauphinois at 8, and a tarte tatin at 10! With an Indian/Vietnamese mother and an Italian/Ukrainian father, I learnt about products and techniques from different cultures that I love to use to add a little twist to traditional French recipes. Now, as a mother of 3, I'm very proud when at only 6,my eldest son's favorite is a bœuf bourguignon with orange zest!

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

After several years organizing events in the Private Banking business, I've decided to start a new adventure based on my passion! I would be happy to have you as my special guests to share this passion with you, as well as a part of my life in Paris and to discover yours wherever you come from Can't wait to cook with you! Aurore
