When I was a little girl, my mother and I went shopping to our local Parisian market, that's when my passion for cooking started.
From that moment, I had to know every herb, spice, vegetable I saw, and how to cook it!
I was so proud to make my first gratin dauphinois at 8, and a tarte tatin at 10!
With an Indian/Vietnamese mother and an Italian/Ukrainian father, I learnt about products and techniques from different cultures that I love to use to add a little twist to traditional French recipes.
Now, as a mother of 3, I'm very proud when at only 6,my eldest son's favorite is a bœuf bourguignon with orange zest!
After several years organizing events in the Private Banking business, I've decided to start a new adventure based on my passion!
