I left my office job to devote myself to nature and work in the place where I feel most at ease! Obtained the certifications to create and promote Sardinia through food and wine tourism itineraries, here we are in one of my local guide projects. I do not mean to impress you with particular means, but leave in your heart a great memory of a special experience in Sardinia.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

My inspiration comes from my Devotion to Sardinia.

What excites you the most about your work?

Being able to share our culture to the world.

What do you love the most about cooking?

Transmit a piece of our culture through the creation of a meal, tasting it together and seeing my satisfied guests is a funny and great joy!!
