I grew up with my mother teaching in cooking class. I have been trained since I was young about classic and authentic Thai cuisine. I used to run a restaurant in my hotel and prepared dishes myself. I have participated in many Cooking classes and training such as Siam Makro Western Food Cooking course and Asean Food course training by Department of of Skill development of Thailand Ministry of Labour. I also love to expand my experiences. I have been personally teaching my friends how to cook in New York , USA. I have a lot of friends over there.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

My mother was my inspiration.

What excites you the most about your work?

Happiness comes from teaching other people about Thai cuisine and culture.
