Hello Culinary Enthusiasts! I am Chef Anoop David, a professional chef with an overall experience of more than 17 years in star-categorised hotels. I am specialised in Indian, seafood grill preparations, and Ayurveda cuisines. I have conducted food festivals in India and abroad, cookery shows have been covered by the media and got some newspaper articles, too. Currently, I am a hospitality entrepreneur with a couple of hotels and resorts operating under me. I am also a renowned commercial kitchen consultant in Kerala! Passionate about Cooking and Hospitality, I run my culinary tour in a very professional way and makes sure to treat my customers with pride!
