My love for food and cooking started as a child learning to make my families Thai recipes that's been handed down for generations. As i grew up that blossomed into a deep passion for all things food related and expanded to experimenting with recipes from all around the world. Now coming full circle back to my roots, Thai cuisine with its distinct aroma and flavors are still my all time favorite food to cook and eat.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

As a Thai food enthusiast, I believe there is a Thai dish to suit everyone’s preference, and during my class I am hoping that my students might just discover their own favorite Thai dish.

What excites you the most about your work?

Seeing the joy and sense of accomplishment in someones eyes when they complete the class and enjoy the delicious taste of the Thai food they have just made with their own hands.

How do you select the menu for you classes?

I aim to make my daily menus consist of dishes that compliment each-other as well as showcasing the different tastes and aromas of Thai cuisine. The menu selections are made to be flexible and I also try to always add in some dishes which offer possibilities for personalization.

What do you love the most about cooking?

I simply love everything about cooking Thai food from A to Z. But cooking and eating Green Papaya Salad (Som Tam) have an extra special place in my heart.
