I was grow up in cratering family. Food was always bring people and happiness together. I started to learn from my grandma since 8 years old. Then lead me to other cuisine such as India, Japanese and other western cuisine. I was working as a chef in the UK for 10 years also teaching Thai cooking class for Derbyshire City Council. As long you know how to when to and what to. Then! It’s easy to do other.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

I was started to teach Thai cooking class since 2001. As so many people asked how to cook Thai food after they're ate my food at my restaurant. After many year experience I developed more recipe and skill of teaching much more compare from where I was started. I'm proud to share all my knowledge about Thai Cuisine to other around the world.

What excites you the most about your work?

I love to share my skill and knowledge to everyone who's like to learn a new skill and be able to cook for them self at their home. After many of my learner sent me pictures of the Thai food that's they're cook by them self. I'm so impress and so proud of them. To meet a new learner every day and be able to do the job I love I'm so lucky.

How do you select the menu for you classes?

A, Half Day Class " We will chose as a group" B. Intermedeta Class " You can chose any dish you like" All Curry Paste, Curry, Stir Fry, Soup, Salad and Desire

What do you love the most about cooking?

Cooking for me is my passion and meditation while I'm prepare or cook. To see a smile on people face after their eat my food it's joyful. To teach is my job that's I love to deliver my knowledge to my learner and make them understand about Thai Cuisine and also be able to cook for them self at home.
