Hi to foodies from all over the world! I'm Shirley born in L.A., raised in Japan and graduated from a culinary school here in Japan. I've been teaching Japanese cooking for a long time and finally settled in Tokyo in March, 2019.
From researching about Japanese fermented food, I was able to get cured from anemia and realized that fermented food must be known all over the world by Japanese cooking classes.
Happiness comes from my guests' smile when they are cooking and tasting the food.
