The kitchen is my great passion that has its roots in my childhood, I started as a child with two great cooks, my mother and my grandmother, they made me mess up while they churned out dishes with unforgettable flavors! then I traveled and lived in our country absorbing the culture of the 1000 local cuisines and finally I worked in the restaurant business for many years.....
I live in the countryside now and personally cultivate much of what I cook, I also have a particular passion for aromatic and wild herbs!
