Agriculturist, and I have studied Chemistry as well.

What was your inspiration to get into cooking, food and teaching how to cook?

I love foods and it teaches something to someone, opening a cooking class and teaching about food is my dream come true.

What excites you the most about your work?

Get to meet a new people everyday, seeing them enjoy the dishes they have learned and made.

How do you select the menu for you classes?

I prefer customer choose what they want to cook, rather than i choose for them. They must learn the dishes that they want to eat.

What do you love the most about cooking?

I enjoy the process of cooking. Like choosing the right ingredients to use, experimenting on local dishes and turning them to unique meals. I also personally love omelet and making omelets require different mixture of ingredients with the right heat and timing.

Additional information

Cooking Thai foods is very easy, not complicated, just listen to your heart, what you like, you don't like and then cook with your heart.
